Not only can you eat the box, there is treasure on the inside as well. More cookies! I've created these special Valentine Cookie Boxes to hide the sweetest of surprises. I'll fill each box with 10-12 truffles or love letter cookies. Truffles are either vanilla cookie or devil's food cake dipped in delicious milk or white chocolate. Love Letter Cookies are a soft, buttery cookie that melts in your mouth filled with raspberry or strawberry jam.
